Annual Report

“Before the end of each calendar year, the Secretary shall prepare,
print and mail to each member of the Society a publication titled
Annual Report of the North Caroliniana Society covering the activities of the
immediately preceding fiscal year, including an accounting of each separate
Fund reflecting its income, expenditures, balances and services performed in
conformance with the purposes for which the fund was established.”
